The Marina Residential Estate has an active Home Owners Association which fulfills and administration and facilities management function. Our offices are in the Quarterdeck Building and we will gladly assist with all enquiries other than property rental and purchase enquiries, which are to be directed to our designated property agents.

While the Marina Residential Estate Home Owners Association represents all home owners on matters of common cause, each of the apartment buildings has its own Body Corporate for issues of local interest. If you’re a home owner and you wish to contact the Body Corporate for your building, please contact Justine on Reception below and she will gladly assist.
